Philosophy And Goals
New Life Preschool/Kindergarten is a ministry that provides a service to the families of the First Baptist Church and to our community. We want to create an environment of love and trust where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, socially and physically.
We are happy that we are able to help teach your child, and trust that we are building on what is being taught at home. The wonderful times that are spent painting, singing, playing and learning from the Bible is only an addition to what your child experiences with his own family. We will not take the place of a parent or assume the God given responsibilities of a parent. We do not have the same amount of time with your child that you do. We do not know your child the way you do. We won't press your child to make a commitment to Jesus, that relationship should come about naturally in their home environment. The role of chief teacher of your child is the parent's job, and we take great joy in assisting you in it.
