SACK LUNCH MINISTRY
October 6 and 7th
Under the direction of JoAnnPorter, the Sack Lunch Ministry will continue through 2008. The following items are needed for the October preparation:
2 large jars of creamy peanut butter (or 4 small ones), 2 large jars of strawberry or grape jelly or jam
160 servings (4 boxes of 40) of Capri Sun (any flavor). Best buy at Raleys. Bags of baby carrots (need
about 800 carrots total) Apples (need about 200 total) 400 sandwich bags (for sandwiches and carrots)
200 napkins 200 brown lunch bags.
Drop off your contribution at the church office AND call JoAnn at 462-0219 to tell her what you have given so she can determine what she needs to buy.
Volunteers to help prepare the 200 lunches meet at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 6th in the Ministry Center Kitchen.Takes about 1 hour with help. Two people are also needed to hand out lunches on Saturday the 6th at 1 p.m. and 2 people on Sunday the 7th at 1 p.m.Call JoAnn if you can hand out lunches.
